Simulations Plus has entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by affiliates of Altaris in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately $375 million. Stockholders will receive $18.50 per share, a 26% premium to the company’s 60-day volume-weighted average price as of June 15, 2026.
