Bora Pharmaceuticals Completes Acquisition of MacroGenics’ Rockville Biologics Drug Substance Operations

Bora Pharmaceuticals has completed the acquisition of MacroGenics’ GMP biologics drug substance manufacturing operations, including a facility in Rockville, Maryland and an associated warehousing center in Frederick, Maryland. The $122.5 million transaction was completed through Bora’s wholly owned subsidiary Bora Biologics USA, LLC, and Bora also signed a long-term CDMO service agreement with MacroGenics upon closing.
