CMIT Solutions has acquired Velox Systems, a Central Oregon managed service provider, to expand its regional footprint in Oregon and add Velox's automation and CMMC cybersecurity expertise. Velox CEO Jordan Smith will remain with the business to ensure continuity for employees and clients as services and compliance capabilities are integrated into CMIT's national franchise network.
