CoStar Group, Inc. has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Zonda (Bora, Inc. and its subsidiaries) for $800 million in cash. The acquisition adds Zonda’s new home data, analytics, software, and marketplace businesses (including NewHomeSource and Livabl) to CoStar’s real estate information and marketplace portfolio.
