Cox Automotive Acquires Full Ownership of Alliance Inspection Management (AiM)

Cox Automotive has acquired the remaining 50% stake in Alliance Inspection Management (AiM) from Nissan Motor Acceptance Corp., giving Cox full ownership of AiM. The move integrates roughly 700 AiM employees into Cox Automotive and expands Manheim's off-site inspection capabilities, bolstering off-lease inspection scale and deploying ~300 additional inspectors to dealer lots nationwide.
