Datacor Acquires GoldSim Technology Group

Datacor, Inc. announced the acquisition of GoldSim Technology Group, a developer of dynamic simulation software for modeling complex systems under uncertainty. The deal strengthens Datacor’s engineering simulation portfolio by adding GoldSim’s system-level modeling and probabilistic risk assessment capabilities to its existing CHEMCAD and pipe flow modeling (formerly Applied Flow Technology) offerings.
