Draganfly Completes Acquisition of Skip Dynamix

Draganfly has completed its previously announced acquisition of Skip Dynamix for total consideration of up to $7.525 million. The deal adds Skip Dynamix’s Orca long-range, hand-launchable fixed-wing drone platform to Draganfly’s existing multi-rotor lineup and expands the combined company’s defense and government opportunities.
