Edge226, an AI-powered cross-channel performance marketing platform for mobile apps and games, announced it has acquired AnyClip Ltd., an AI-powered video intelligence company built for media companies and publishers. The acquisition is intended to strengthen Edge226’s video intelligence, AI, and monetization capabilities and expand outcome-driven advertising solutions across CTV, in-app, rewarded, desktop, and mobile environments. Financial terms were not disclosed.
