GigaCloud Technology Inc Acquires Wondersign (Apexis, Inc.)

GigaCloud Technology Inc. (Nasdaq: GCT) has completed the acquisition of 100% equity interest in Apexis, Inc. dba Wondersign for $10.0 million in cash, subject to customary adjustments. Wondersign is a Tampa-based cloud SaaS provider of interactive digital signage and e-catalog management that gives GigaCloud enhanced access to brick-and-mortar retail storefronts and capabilities for an integrated in-store marketplace experience.
