Gladson (Wicks) Acquires FSEnet+ and Webcollage

Gladson, a portfolio company of The Wicks Group, has acquired FSEnet+ and Webcollage to combine product data management, GDSN capabilities and rich media syndication into an end-to-end product content management and distribution platform. The deal (terms undisclosed) positions Gladson to offer a unified cloud-based solution for brands and retailers to manage and syndicate verified product information and rich media across retail sites and supply chains.
