GSI Commerce Acquires FetchBack

GSI Commerce's Marketing Services division acquired Tempe-based retargeting provider FetchBack, which will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary. The deal expands GSI's marketing capabilities by adding FetchBack's retargeting technology and analytics to GSI's suite of services; terms were not disclosed.
