simPRO secured a growth investment of over $350 million from K1 Investment Management with participation from existing investor Level Equity. Concurrently, simPRO announced the acquisitions of US-based ClockShark and Australia-based AroFlo to expand its field service management product suite and accelerate global growth and product development.
