NewHold Investment Corp. III signed a business combination agreement with NewCleo Ltd, an advanced nuclear and nuclear fuel developer incorporated in England and Wales, to take the company public on Nasdaq. The transaction is reported to value NewCleo at a $2.4 billion pre-money valuation and include $172.5 million in SPAC trust plus a $220 million PIPE.
