Principal Mineral acquired Isola Group, a manufacturer of copper-clad laminates and dielectric prepregs used in advanced printed circuit boards (PCBs). The transaction closed June 16, 2026, and Principal Mineral also announced approximately $280 million in new funding to support integration and expansion of advanced manufacturing capacity.
