Rent-A-Container, a Kinderhook Industries portfolio company, acquired the rental assets of Containerize Corp. The asset purchase increases RAC's available fleet in the Southeast to bolster its Douglas, Georgia branch and better serve demand across the Florida/Georgia market as part of RAC's ongoing expansion.
