Rogers Communications signed an agreement to acquire the remaining 25% ownership stake in Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment (MLSE) from Kilmer Sports for C$4.35 billion, bringing Rogers’ ownership to 100%. The deal is subject to league approvals and is expected to close in Q4 2026.
