Searchlight Capital Partners Acquires EIS from Audax Private Equity

Searchlight Capital Partners has acquired EIS, a value-added distributor of process materials and production supplies, from Audax Private Equity; terms were not disclosed. Audax had owned EIS since 2019 and grew the business via a buy-and-build strategy (six add-ons and expanded fabrication/distribution footprint) to position the company for continued growth in electrification, renewable energy and aftermarket end markets.
