Seismic Acquires Lessonly

Seismic, the San Diego–based sales enablement platform, acquired Indianapolis-based Lessonly, a training, coaching and enablement SaaS provider, to integrate learning and coaching into its enablement offering. The acquisition coincided with Seismic closing a $170 million Series G financing led by Permira to accelerate product expansion, R&D, and global growth.
