Singlepoint Healthcare announced the acquisition of Healix, a national outpatient infusion management and pharmacy services provider based in Sugar Land, Texas. The deal adds more than 220 physician-owned and ambulatory infusion centers, strengthening Singlepoint’s integrated care model for patients with inflammatory diseases.
