Susquehanna Growth Equity Invests $22 Million in Realync

Realync Corp., a Carmel, Indiana–based virtual leasing and resident engagement platform for the multifamily housing industry, has raised $22 million in growth equity from Susquehanna Growth Equity (SGE). As part of the investment, SGE principals Josh Elser and Aaron Flack will join Realync's board, and the capital will be used to scale Realync’s team, product and business to meet growing demand for virtual leasing and engagement solutions.
