Tamboran Resources Completes Acquisition of Falcon Oil & Gas Subsidiaries

Tamboran Resources Corporation has completed the acquisition of subsidiaries of Falcon Oil & Gas Ltd following final court approval from the Supreme Court of British Columbia. The deal expands Tamboran’s Beetaloo Basin position to approximately 2.8 million net prospective acres and consolidates acreage across most of the depocenter.
