Zurn Elkay Water Solutions has signed an agreement to acquire Intellihot, a privately held tankless water heater solutions provider serving healthcare, education, hospitality, and other commercial and institutional end markets. The deal is expected to close early in the third quarter of 2026, with Intellihot net sales expected to reach approximately $37 million in 2026.
