The acquisition strengthens UFT's Mid-Atlantic presence and pump service capabilities while expanding its municipal, industrial and government customer coverage in Virginia, eastern North Carolina, South Carolina and Maryland.

Capital, through one of its affiliates, entered into a definitive agreement to take a majority stake in Avanta Salud Integral, an occupational health and safety (OHS) services provider headquartered in Valencia, Spain.
