RDI Technologies, a provider of vision-based vibration analysis solutions backed by SFW Capital Partners, has acquired Fastec Imaging Corporation, a San Diego-based manufacturer of high-speed scientific cameras. The acquisition adds high-speed imaging technology, talent, and IP to RDI's product roadmap and expands its addressable markets in manufacturing, condition monitoring, science & engineering, and mining.
