Agriculture Acquisitions in Canada

AdeptAg announced the acquisition of Plantech Control Systems and its associated companies, Plantech West and JM Controls and Electric. Plantech, headquartered in Vineland, Ontario, provides integrated control systems and automation solutions for controlled environment agriculture, expanding AdeptAg’s platform and solutions offering for growers.

All States Ag Parts, a portfolio company of Kinderhook Industries, acquired Combine World Inc., a Canada-based supplier of new, used, and reconditioned farm and light construction equipment and replacement parts. The deal expands All States Ag Parts’ presence into Western Canada and represents its sixth add-on acquisition.
