Biotechnology Acquisitions in Nevada

Frontier Oilfield Services, Inc. has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire all assets of TRICCAR Holdings, Inc.; Frontier will issue 80% of its stock in the transaction and change its name to TRICCAR, Inc. The deal is intended to take TRICCAR public, leverage Frontier's extraction/disposal expertise to improve TRICCAR's proprietary plant extraction processes, and retain Frontier shareholders with a 20% stake in the combined public company.
