Kaseya Acquires Datto for $6.2 Billion with Funding Led by Insight Partners

Kaseya has completed its $6.2 billion all-cash acquisition of Datto, taking the company private at $35.50 per share. The transaction was funded by an equity consortium led by Insight Partners with significant investments from TPG and Temasek and participation from Sixth Street; Datto will continue to operate as an autonomous brand from Norwalk, Connecticut while being integrated into Kaseya's IT Complete platform.

Data Dynamics Acquires Infintus Innovations

Datacor Acquires INFONETICS

Datacor, Inc., a provider of process manufacturing and chemical distribution software, has acquired INFONETICS, a long‑standing provider of ERP and asset-management software for the welding supply and industrial gas industry. The deal expands Datacor’s industry-specific product suite (including SaaS, container tracking and e‑commerce capabilities) while INFONETICS’ president David J. Frea and his management team will continue to run the business.

GoSecure Acquires EdgeWave to Add Inbox Detection and Response

The acquisition adds about 400 customers and engineering, customer success and sales resources to Lumifi and is intended to expand Lumifi's MDR capabilities via its U.S.-based SOC and SHIELDVision platform.
