Hudson Hill Capital Acquires Majority Stake in InXpress

Hudson Hill Capital acquired a majority stake in InXpress Holdings Ltd, a Manchester-based software-enabled franchisor of parcel, freight and delivery logistics services, in partnership with InXpress senior management. The investment will support InXpress's global growth and expansion of its freight solutions while leveraging its Webship+ SaaS platform and network of nearly 400 franchisees.

CVC-led Consortium to Combine Worldwide Express and GlobalTranz

CVC Capital Partners is leading a consortium (including Providence Equity Partners and PSG) to acquire Worldwide Express and combine it with GlobalTranz, creating a larger technology-driven third-party logistics platform. Ridgemont Equity Partners and management will retain significant stakes in the combined business; the transaction was announced in June 2021 and expected to close in Q3 2021.
