The Eastwood Company, a Kian Capital-backed e-commerce provider of automotive tools, completed an add-on acquisition of Yost Vises from the Nelis family. The deal brings the century-old Yost Vises product line into Eastwood’s portfolio to expand its workholding and vises offering for DIY automotive enthusiasts, woodworkers and metalworkers and to drive cross-sell and e‑commerce growth.
