EMK Capital has acquired a majority stake in VDK Groep from its founder, who has reinvested alongside EMK. Founded in 2013, VDK is a group of semi‑independent technical installation and maintenance companies in the North East of the Netherlands focused on electrical and mechanical (E&M) installation, HVAC and security systems. EMK's investment is intended to support VDK's organic and inorganic growth strategy.
