American Pacific Group (APG) has made a platform investment in Media One Digital Imaging, a Garden Grove, California-based integrator and distributor of digital textile and large-format printing equipment, software, consumables and support services. Northstar Capital provided junior debt financing and an equity co-investment to help APG finance the transaction; Bridgepoint Investment Banking served as Media One's exclusive financial advisor.

IMAGEN Acquires IMPACT Promotional Products

The deal consolidates two Southern California distributors to expand IMAGEN's regional presence, combine resources and client lists; financial terms were not disclosed.

The move reunites FotoNation's leadership to focus on next-generation edge AI imaging (chiplets, ultra-low-power inference) and to target markets including surveillance, IP cameras, drones and mobile devices; the assets were divested by Tobii following its earlier acquisition of Xperi’s imaging business.
