Lithia & Driveway Acquires Airstream Adventures (Includes Ultimate Airstreams)

Lithia & Driveway (LAD) has acquired Airstream Adventures, the nation’s largest Airstream dealer group, including its Ultimate Airstreams upfitting business and six retail locations across Oregon, Washington, Idaho and Northern California. The deal marks Lithia’s entrance into the luxury recreational vehicle market; Airstream Adventures founder Ted Davis and his team will join Lithia.

RV Retailer Acquires Sierra RV in Utah

RV Retailer, LLC, a Fort Lauderdale-based RV retail operator, acquired Sierra RV in the Salt Lake City market, marking RV Retailer’s first location in Utah and expanding its Western U.S. footprint. The acquisition adds a 90,000 sq. ft. flagship dealership with a 32-bay service center and roughly 80 employees to RV Retailer’s network of stores.

Blue Compass RV Acquires Airstream of Virginia

Blue Compass RV, a national RV retail group, has acquired Airstream of Virginia and will build a new flagship exclusive Airstream dealership in Richmond, Virginia. The deal expands Blue Compass’s Airstream footprint (its 7th dedicated Airstream dealership and 14th Airstream location overall) and moves Airstream of Virginia to a new interim location in Woodford, VA pending a new facility opening in early 2027.

Camping World Acquires Nielson RV (St. George & Hurricane, UT)

Camping World Holdings, Inc. has signed an agreement to acquire Nielson RV, including two dealership locations in St. George and Hurricane, Utah. The acquisition—expected to close in Spring 2021—expands Camping World's footprint in Utah to five locations and adds new and used RV sales, parts and service capabilities in the region.
