Highmetric, a ServiceNow-focused technology strategy, design and operations provider and portfolio company of Gryphon Investors, has acquired NewRocket, a San Diego-based leader in ServiceNow service portal and employee experience design. The add-on strengthens Highmetric's human experience and service portal capabilities by integrating NewRocket's user-focused design and engineering team into the Highmetric platform; transaction terms were not disclosed.

The transactions create a pure‑play ServiceNow services platform that will integrate capabilities across ServiceNow offerings and total roughly 300 team members across the combined business; terms were not disclosed.
