Separately, Aramsco purchased the assets of USA-CLEAN (USAC) and hired its employees; Factory Cleaning Equipment (FCE) was not acquired. Aramsco will operate USAC as one of its business units and honor certain Jon-Don customer credit terms and orders.

The acquisition is an add-on to Brady's platform that expands its product mix into industrial packaging and extends its distribution footprint into three additional states.
