Valhallan, a Houston-based youth esports franchisor, has acquired the United Federation of Esports Athletes (UFEA), a high-school–focused esports league. The deal consolidates UFEA into Valhallan's growing portfolio (under Valhallan Holdings) alongside other recently acquired leagues to expand Valhallan's youth esports footprint, training capabilities and collegiate recruitment pathways.
