Integrated Specialty Coverages (ISC), a PE-backed program administrator, has acquired California Contractors Insurance Services (CCIS), a Sacramento-based licensed construction bond and insurance agency. The acquisition will expand ISC's licensed bond, general liability, contract surety and workers' compensation capabilities by combining CCIS's contractor distribution network with ISC's AI-driven underwriting and analytics platform. Terms were not disclosed.
