Box, Inc. has acquired Crooze Corporation, a provider of no-code enterprise content management and document automation tools built on the Box platform. Box will integrate Crooze's no-code app builder, metadata capabilities and team into the Box Content Cloud to expand contract lifecycle management, digital asset management and AI-driven metadata capabilities.

Cuadrilla Capital Acquires InfoDesk

Cuadrilla Capital has acquired InfoDesk, an enterprise intelligence management SaaS platform that serves nearly 100 Global 2000 customers. Tim Whitehorn will lead InfoDesk as CEO, with founders Sterling Stites and Lynn Epstein remaining in advisory roles; Cuadrilla plans to invest in the company's AI-enabled platform to accelerate organic and inorganic growth. Financial terms were not disclosed.

The acquisition adds customer scheduling, real-time tracking and click-and-collect capabilities to Descartes' final-mile delivery solutions to enhance the day-of-service customer experience.
