Ally Biotech, a Payson, Arizona-based cannabinoid delivery company, acquired the Chill PillTM soft gel cap brand and related assets from Desert Medical Campus, Inc. in an all-cash transaction. The purchase adds a leading THC soft gel product line (distributed in ~40 Arizona dispensaries) to Ally Biotech’s Lipofusion delivery platform and supports planned product expansion and team integration in Payson, Arizona.

The founders, Mike Grommes and Mike Gorman, will remain involved; the deal is Premier's first add-on since ACP's acquisition in November 2022 and expands Premier's national service offering and oral fluids capabilities.

Curaleaf Holdings, Inc. agreed to acquire Bloom Dispensaries, a vertically integrated single-state cannabis operator in Arizona, in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately US$211 million. The deal adds four retail dispensaries (Phoenix, Tucson, Peoria, Sedona) plus ~63,500 sq. ft. of adjacent cultivation and processing space in north Phoenix; Curaleaf will pay $51 million cash at close and the remainder via three promissory notes, and Bloom generated estimated 2021 revenue of ~$66 million with EBITDA margins above 40%.
