ECI Software Solutions Acquires BOLT Software

ECI Software Solutions has acquired BOLT Software and will integrate it into ECI’s Residential Home Construction Group to expand offerings for subcontractors in new home construction. The deal closed on October 2 (terms not disclosed); ECI said it will invest in product development, go-to-market and customer success to accelerate BOLT’s growth.

JDM Technology Group Acquires Builder Software Tools

JDM Technology Group has acquired Ottawa-based Builder Software Tools, a provider of ERP software for new home and condo builders, with the transaction closing on January 31, 2022 after approval from founders Rick Wright and Elizabeth Stom. Builder Software Tools will join JDM’s Explorer Software business, with Explorer President Carmen Greene overseeing day-to-day operations to integrate and support the product for Canadian builders.

ECI Software Solutions signed a definitive agreement to acquire Glastonbury, Connecticut–based Shoptech Industrial Software Corp., a provider of ERP software for job shops and made-to-order manufacturers. Upon closing (expected in Q4 2020), Shoptech will join ECI's Manufacturing division; terms were not disclosed.
