CBRE Acquires Full Spectrum Group from Pfingsten Partners

CBRE Group has acquired Full Spectrum Group from private equity firm Pfingsten Partners for $110 million, integrating the specialist laboratory equipment maintenance provider into its Global Workplace Solutions Integrated Laboratory Solutions business. Full Spectrum, headquartered in Laguna Hills, California, operates 20 U.S. locations with more than 150 employees (including 100+ engineers) and provides service contracts, preventative maintenance, calibration/validation and repair for high-end laboratory instruments.

The add-on deal, which closed March 12, 2021, expands FSG's service capabilities (refrigeration and environmental rooms) and accelerates Cascade's access to a national footprint.

Scopes Facility Services, a Westbridge Capital–backed facilities services platform based in Alpharetta, Georgia, has acquired Building Maintenance Services Inc. (BMS), a Kennesaw, Georgia–based facilities management company with an additional office in Winter Park, Florida. The deal expands Scopes' technical capabilities and geographic footprint across the Southeast and is supported by Westbridge Capital as the platform owner; the combined organization will leverage over 1,000 self-performing associates and service thousands of sites annually.

Applied Technical Services Acquires Amphion Analytical Engineering

Applied Technical Services (ATS) has purchased substantially all of the assets of Amphion Analytical Engineering, P.A., a Charlotte-based engineering and analytical services firm. The acquisition adds API certifications, additional licensed Professional Engineers and mechanical integrity capabilities to ATS, and expands ATS's presence in the tire manufacturing, chemical, and pharmaceutical end markets; the new team will be led by Mark Ellis.

Pace Analytical Services Acquires Alpha Analytical, LLC

Pace Analytical Services, a division of Pace and a PE-backed national laboratory network, has acquired Alpha Analytical, LLC, a full-service environmental laboratory based in Westborough, Massachusetts. The deal expands Pace's geographic footprint and laboratory capabilities in the Northeast, adding multiple labs and service centers and strengthening testing services for emerging contaminants such as PFAS.

Diversified Maintenance Acquires Facility Maintenance of America, Inc.

Diversified Maintenance, a Tampa-based integrated facilities maintenance provider, has acquired Facility Maintenance of America, Inc., a regional janitorial services company founded in 2017 that serves logistics, manufacturing and corporate headquarters clients across several Southeastern states. The deal expands Diversified Maintenance's market share and operational footprint in the Southeastern United States and brings FMA's teams and customers into Diversified's platform to drive scale and efficiency.
