GAI Consultants, a Comvest Partners portfolio company, has acquired Eland Engineering, a Fort Lauderdale-based provider of engineering consulting and field maintenance services for Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS). Eland becomes a division of GAI, expanding GAI's ITS capabilities and strengthening its transportation engineering and smart-city service offerings in Florida and nationally.
