The deal integrates downstream hit validation and lead optimisation capabilities into X-Chem’s DNA-Encoded Library (DEL) platform, enabling a streamlined screen-to-lead service for pharma and biotech clients; financial terms were not disclosed.

NuChem Sciences Acquires IniXium
