EQT Mid Market has sold Berlin-headquartered eCommerce platform kfzteile24 to a consortium led by the company's management together with Project A Ventures, Koehler Group and a group of technology investors (SB21). Under EQT's ownership kfzteile24 expanded its product range and logistics capabilities; the transaction closed on 20 April 2023 as an exit by EQT Private Equity.
