Bailey International, backed by EBSCO Capital, has acquired Industrial Electronic Controls (IEC) to expand its electronics product portfolio and engineering capabilities in electronic throttles, displays, and sensors. The deal strengthens Bailey’s ability to serve OEM customers across agriculture, construction, forestry and transportation with more integrated mobile and industrial electronic control solutions.
