PNC Riverarch Capital has acquired Empire Group, a Raleigh, North Carolina–headquartered wholesale distributor of commercial foodservice equipment and OEM parts, from Kian Capital Partners. Terms were not disclosed; under Kian's ownership Empire expanded to seven locations, served 5,500+ customers and materially grew revenue and EBITDA.
