BlueVoyant Acquires Conquest Cyber

BlueVoyant has acquired Conquest Cyber and will integrate Conquest's ARMED ATK SaaS risk-management technology into BlueVoyant's internal and external cyber defense platform. The deal is supported by a Series E financing round of more than $140 million led by existing investor Liberty Strategic Capital and ISTARI to accelerate development of comprehensive managed detection, response, and cyber risk posture solutions for regulated and government customers.

BlueVoyant Acquires Concanon

BlueVoyant has acquired Concanon, a global Splunk professional services and big data consultancy, with Concanon becoming a standalone, wholly-owned subsidiary. The deal expands BlueVoyant's Splunk Cloud Platform deployment capabilities by combining Concanon's consulting and implementation services with BlueVoyant's MDR and SOCaaS offerings; BlueVoyant also secured $30 million in incremental funding from existing investors to support growth.

3Cloud Acquires BlueGranite

3Cloud, the largest U.S. Microsoft Azure pure-play services firm, acquired BlueGranite, a 25-year data & analytics consulting firm, to expand its Azure data and analytics capabilities. The acquisition, supported by Gryphon Investors (which holds a majority stake in 3Cloud), increases the combined team's scale to more than 700 Azure experts in the U.S.

Descartes Systems Group Acquires Supply Vision

Descartes Systems Group has acquired Supply Vision, a Phoenix-based provider of shipment management solutions for North American Logistics Service Providers (LSPs). The deal was for approximately $12 million in cash up front plus up to $3 million in performance-based earn-outs, and is intended to expand Descartes' capabilities for LSP digitization and complement its existing portfolio of LSP solutions.

Panasonic Acquires Blue Yonder

Panasonic Corporation agreed to acquire the remaining 80% stake in Blue Yonder from New Mountain Capital and funds managed by Blackstone for USD5.6 billion (USD7.1 billion including repayment of outstanding debt), valuing Blue Yonder at USD8.5 billion. The acquisition brings Blue Yonder fully into Panasonic to combine Blue Yonder's AI/ML-driven, cloud-based Luminate supply chain platform with Panasonic's IoT, edge and industrial engineering capabilities to accelerate an "Autonomous Supply Chain" strategy.

ACR Group Acquires Blue Sky Network

Blue Sky Network will retain its management, brand and engineering capabilities and will join ACR Group’s portfolio to extend satellite communications, tracking and fleet-management offerings across aerospace, government, maritime and commercial markets.
