Astorg has agreed to acquire a majority stake in Belgian aluminium systems manufacturer Corialis from CVC Capital Partners Fund VI, with management reinvesting alongside the buyer. The deal was financed with an inaugural ESG-linked syndicated Term Loan B of more than €1 billion and positions Astorg to support Corialis' industrial investment programme, broaden its product offering and pursue international growth. Corialis is headquartered in Lokeren, Belgium and employs approximately 2,700 people across eight sites.
