Milton Industries has acquired Lock Technologies (designer and manufacturer of the LTI Tools brand) and the Casey Tools brand, both based in Naperville, Illinois. The deal expands Milton's product lineup and distribution channels into specialty automotive and technician tools; Wayne and Ellery Casey (the sellers) will remain involved in transition roles and retain/receive equity positions.
