Investment funds managed by Morgan Stanley Capital Partners (MSCP) have agreed to acquire Prescott's, a Monument, Colorado–based provider of outsourced clinical engineering, equipment repair, refurbishment and rental services, from Atlantic Street Capital. MSCP will partner with Prescott's management team, led by CEO Brian Straeb, to scale the business organically and via acquisitions to build a best-in-class outsourced clinical engineering platform.

Prescott's, Inc., a portfolio company of Atlantic Street Capital, has acquired Preventive Maintenance Medical, Inc. (PMM), a Mount Vernon, Ohio-based specialist in sterilizer and washer preventative maintenance, service, refurbishments and parts sales. The add-on expands Prescott's service capabilities into the medical and laboratory sterilizer & washer sector and broadens its national service footprint for hospitals, surgery centers and research facilities.

The Jordan Company (Resolute IV) Acquires Heartland Home Services

An affiliate of The Resolute Fund IV (managed by The Jordan Company) acquired Heartland Home Services from North Branch Capital, with Cobepa taking a significant minority stake and North Branch remaining a minority investor. Carlyle's Global Credit platform led and structured the debt financing to support the transaction. The investment will provide Heartland with resources to drive operational efficiencies and pursue organic and inorganic growth across its Midwestern residential HVAC, plumbing, electrical and indoor air quality platform.
