The acquisition expands National Medical’s ambulatory surgery center (ASC) expertise and adds experience serving surgical practices, marking the company’s second transaction since its partnership with Aquiline.

The add-on expands National Medical’s end-to-end RCM capabilities for ambulatory surgery centers, hospitals and anesthesia groups and is the firm’s fourth transaction since its partnership with Aquiline in January 2021.
